This position will serve as a Professor at the Joint Military Intelligence College in the Defense Intelligence Activity Center on Bolling AFB, Washington, D.C. The Intelligence Analysis (Analytical Methodologies and Estimative Analysis) Professor will develop and teach courses/sections in the College's graduate or undergraduate programs, depending on the needs of the College, and as directed by the Dean, School of Intelligence Studies in the areas of Intelligence Analysis (Analytical Methodologies and Estimative Analysis).

In addition, the successful candidate will serve as MSSI thesis advisor and monitor for up to six students per year who are writing master's degree theses in the field of Intelligence Analysis. The faculty will post syllabi and other course materials using the College's computer-based learning management system. Staff shall also be required to develop and teach courses via distance learning using Government provided development tools and College specific guidelines.

The successful candidate will be able to provide in-depth knowledge of Analytical Methodologies and Estimative Analysis in a series of courses as approved by the JMIC Curriculum Committee and the JMIC leadership team and must proctor large and small classes, numbering up to 20 students per class, to allow for thorough discussion and exhaustive coverage of the subject matter.

The successful candidate must be able to present the course content through established pedagogical methodology at the graduate and/or undergraduate level, as applicable, selecting the approach which is best suited for effective teaching

* Must have a current TS/SCI security clearance
* Must be a highly skilled and experienced instructor with prior teaching experience, particularly at the University level
* Advanced Degree/Staff College
* Extensive prior military service and/or work in the U.S. Intelligence Community
* Research/teaching in one or more specialized areas Primary (secondary) fields
* Knowledge and/or experience in a specialized area involving national security to include foreign policy and military affairs
