Instructional Designer, Quality Assurance (QA) & Process Improvement

Our client located in the Waukegan/North Chicago area has an immediate need for an Instructional Designer for to develop some courses in the area of Quality Assurance-Process Improvement. They recently implemented SAP, which is affecting the way they look at "process" company-wide.

 

The duration of the project is estimated to be at least 1 month (very likely that it will be well over 2 months). You must be local to Waukegan/North Chicago, as you will need to be on site 50%-70% of the time and may work in conjunction with the client?s eLearning department.

 

Required experience:

-A solid background in quality, and ideally be a Green or Black Belt in Six Sigma.

-Experience in designing and developing skill building programs in Quality Management Systems

-The ID should have strong Word and PowerPoint skills, as well as a solid understanding of the ISPI model. 

-ELearning, WBT/CBT background is highly desirable but not required. 

-Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, documentation standards, and/or an understanding of ISO is also preferred
