Director of Financial Aid:USDOE policies and procedures ? Default management requirements.Auditing/compliance issues ? In-service training programsProficient in all forms of Government Financial Aid; Title IV/Pell GrantsFinancial Aid packaging procedures
State and Federal regulationsStudent counseling issues
Director of Education/DEAN:Developing and updating curriculum, completing self study evaluations, etc.Implement in-service training programs, retention programs, and competency-based education systemsDepartmental relations ? In-default management, regulatory audits, budgets, placement seminars, financial aid, etc.Faculty hiring/training/monitoring/performance review/motivationProficient in retention goals, team building, student issues/counseling, curriculum writing/accreditation.
