Quality Specialist

Lead the finished goods audit process, including data input into computer system, providing feedback to workstations and operators, as well as any other activities tied to finished product quality
? Conduct process audits based on critical to quality specifications throughout the manufacturing process as well as equipment and machinery
? Collect data throughout the process in support of quality initiatives
? Assist various teams with the data analysis within the manufacturing process
? Work with project leaders in the abatement of risk within both product design and assembly process changes.
? Maintain quality system documentation for processes and procedures.
? Assist with the implementation of corrective actions.
? Support the deployment of quality systems.
? Support production processes to ensure products are manufactured to specification by troubleshooting and recommending solutions to problems as they arise; provide engineering assistance as needed to keep production running while maintaining a high degree of quality and safety.





? Education ? Minimum Associates Degree in Technology Field; Engineering preferred.
? Ability to work any shift, including the weekend.
? Demonstrated creativity, problem solving, and ability of project completion of assignments on time.
? Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and specifications.
? Understanding of Sequence of Events, Standard Operating Procedures, and Process Flow.
? Strong analytical and communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
? Aptitude for mechanical and/or electrical application equipment.
? Proficient with PC based Windows programs (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
? Experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
? Six Sigma training is considered a plus (must be willing to obtain belt certification
