Regional Field Trainer - Texas/Oklahoma

The Regional Field Trainer (RFT) will conduct field rides with sales representatives to provide training and coaching consistent with and complimentary to the primary training and coaching provided by the District Business Managers (DBMs) and Regional Business Directors (RBDs). The RFT will also be responsible to assist in the implementation and facilitation of new hire/on-board training and advanced training for all field sales personnel. The RFT will also be called upon to be a primary facilitator of formal home office based training. The RFT will assess and communicate training and development needs to the Sales Training Department and appropriate field personnel. The RFT will act as the primary point of contact responsible to coordinate with DBMs, RBDs, the Sales Training Department and all appropriate personnel to initiate, develop and deliver local field-based training and development programs that meet immediate, short-term and long-term needs of regional field personnel.

Reqirements/Skills - KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
? Bachelors Degree required.
? Minimum of 7 years business experience required with at least 2 years with Novo Nordisk and ideally 4 years of progressive pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.
? Proven record of sustained superior sales performance over at least a 24 month period.
? Two years previous sales training, coaching, teaching or facilitation background is a plus
? This position is a developmental position. Candidates must possess a strong desire to progress into positions of increasing responsibility (i.e., corporate sales trainer, product management, field sales management and MCT&G account management)
? Minimum expected commitment is 18 ? 24 months.
