Regional Sales Manager
Reports to: National Director Sales and Marketing DaVita Rx
Exemption: Exempt

work schedule is Monday-Friday.

Bonus Potential.

Summary:
Financial and overall strategic accountability for the success of approximately 10 to 12 Pharmacy Services Representatives in a geographic area.

Minimum Qualifications:
College degree, BA/BS Required.

2 - 4 years previous management experience.

1-3 years Sales Experience

Experienced and knowledgeable in business principles, preferably with ESRD/healthcare knowledge and experience.

A combination of experience, education and inclination that provides for thinking strategically and making informed, critical business decisions and acting with urgency and maturity in ensuring difficult problems are resolved appropriately.

Excellent Oral and Written communication skills

Strong Leadership skills

This is an advanced mid-level management position. Solid deductive reasoning, critical thinking, achievement drive, communication, interpersonal skills, computer skills, problem solving, integrity, team leadership, technical knowledge, decision making, developing and empowering and change leadership skills are important to performing in this position successfully.

Job Functions:

Teaching, training and coaching Pharmacy Services Representatives.

Planning, budgeting, analysis, and administration.

Organizing, planning, and conducting, as well as attending various sales and sales
Management meetings.

Job performance reviews and development of team members.

Recruiting and staffing with an eye toward diversity.

Special Assignments.

Effective teambuilding/teamwork.

Strategic planning.

Partner with facility Administrators, ROD's and all DaVita Teammates and develop strong working relationships.

Ensure that financial performance meets or exceeds budgeted targets.
