Regional Sales Trainer, Educational Services

Summary of Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the overall dealer/branch sales training effort and activity in assigned region.? Responsible for driving participation levels of Kyocera Mita's sales training program through Regional Manager, Network Solutions Manager and Area Sales managers.? Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and facilitating all regional sales training workshops.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

?To schedule and coordinate all regional sales training workshops (for both Kyocera Mita and Copystar divisions).To personally facilitate all regional sales training workshops (for both Kyocera Mita and Copystar divisions).? This requires expertise in product knowledge (of Kyocera Mita, Copystar, competitive black & white digital copier and printer equipment, networks and connectivity), marketing programs and sales skills.? The person in this position must possess highly dynamic platform skills and be effective at creating excitement, enthusiasm and loyalty in the students he/she instructs.To manage and drive the sales training effort and participation levels in his/her region.? The position must accomplish this effort through ongoing communications with all regional field staff.? This communication includes, but is not limited to presentations and training sessions in regional meetings, voice-mail, e-mail and one-on-one meetings with the Regional Manager.To provide field support to Kyocera Mita and Copystar dealers/resellers that actively participate in our corporate sales training programs.? This field support includes: facilitating or speaking at sales meetings, facilitating follow-up sales training sessions, playing a manager?s role on sales calls (i.e. presentations, demonstrations, and closing opportunities) and monitoring the field use of knowledge taught in workshops.To support the ASM?s and CSM?s with activities such as product launches, demo contests, field blitzes, program announcements and recruitment efforts.To provide sales training articles for dealer newsletter publications.
