PROPRIETARY SCHOOLS ? REGIONAL DIRECTOR ? SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY



Tremendous opportunity to get involved in a new division of a proprietary school organization. As part of division expansion within the southern New Jersey area, Premier Education Group has an immediate opening for a Regional Director. The Regional Director will be expected to maximize both the educational and financial outcomes of two schools "initially" in the Sothern New Jersey markets.



Requirements/Expectations:



Drive bottom line results by ensuring the quality of our educational programs



Full Profit and Loss responsibility



Minimum 3 years experience as a proprietary school Director ? former school owners encouraged to apply



Ability to recruit, motivate, build and manage a professional team



Ability to make to prioritize, make decisions and execute



Strong communication skills at all levels



Achieve start, retention, placement, and collections goals



Ensure compliance with all State, Federal, and Accreditation policy and guidelines



Facility management
