BlackRock has an employment opportunity in downtown San Francisco, CA for a Regional Trainer.

?

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regional Training Manager?s role is to develop and deliver appropriate training classes to provide our associates with skills to perform their current or new responsibilities.? This position will also collaborate with the Marketing Department as a resource to meet our occupancy and leasing goals.? The ideal candidate has a background in apartment leasing and has experience training on products, services, leasing skills and tools for leasing and other property management professionals.

?ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

???????? Assists in identifying performance gaps and associate learning and development needs.

?

???????? Assists with the development and implementation of training workshops, programs and curriculums.

?

???????? Coordinates all aspects of regional training workshops and programs, including, travel, hotel and meeting space arrangements and training materials.

?

???????? Delivers training classes covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, refresher courses, classroom training and workshops.

?

???????? Tests and measures the effectiveness of training program and evaluate training retention and on the job application of training provided.

???????? Collaborates with the Marketing Department to provide input and solutions with regards to occupancy challenges.? Keeps abreast of marketing trends, market conditions and sales strategies and propose appropriate initiatives.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

?

???????? Bachelor?s degree required

?

???????? Must possess a minimum of 2 years multi-housing/apartment industry experience

?

???????? Minimum of 1 year experience in developing and delivering training programs in a variety of areas including sales and leasing, and change management.? Previous Sales Training experience required.

?

???????? Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook required.

???????? Must possess relevant knowledge in adult learning.

?

???????? Ability to interact with all levels of professionals, including executives and trainees, to sell ideas and influence others.

???????? Proven ability to facilitate group discussions and exercises.

?

???????? Possess dynamic public speaking/presentation skills and must be able to match tone, language and syntax to the appropriate audience.

???????? Exhibits high level of initiative, motivation and teamwork

?

???????? Minimum 50% travel required.

???????? Must be flexible, organized, self-motivated and results- driven

???????? Must be able to effectively prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
