Registrar - The School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston
The School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston seeks a Registrar to coordinate and supervise all functions of the Office of the Registrar. Duties include maintaining the integrity of all student academic records, class/student registration, transfers, course guide production and class scheduling, curricular information as it relates to computer processes, grade and enrollment reporting, studio/diploma completion verification, review board scheduling and administration, maintaining computer record systems, implementing and managing curricular modifications, designing and implementing database procedures and performing data entry for Tufts and SMFA grades, pre-registration, registration, and add/drop for academic courses at SMFA and at Tufts, working closely with the Associate Provost in matters of institutional research, and ensuring compliance with institutional and governmental requirements.
Requires familiarity with registration processes, knowledge of data base systems, analytic ability, and at least three years' experience. Master's degree in relevant field preferred.
