About the Company MTC operates centers for Job Corps-a U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) funded job-training program for disadvantaged youths between 16 - 24 years. Ninety-eight percent of our students live at the center during their training. Counselors and advisors help them to overcome social and emotional barriors to employment. Additionally, we provide academic, vocational and recreational programs, leadership opportunities, health care, and substance abuse counsleing to raise self-esteem and enhance student life. Qualifications

One year experience in counseling, social work, rehabilitationg or vocational guidance.

Must have knowledge of database, word processing, and email software.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
