Retail Performance Consultant - Baltimore

Ace Hardware Corporation is a retailer-owned cooperative of more than 4,800 independent Ace stores in all 50 states, and 70 countries, with 16 distribution centers throughout North America.

The primary responsibilities of this position are to facilitate management, leadership, and customer service best practices training programs with all levels of the Ace Retailer population, communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and owners, and consult on a high level with Ace Retailers and provide sound advice. The Retail Performance Consultant will map out training program recommendations, whether for a small store or a multi-chain operation, train, educate and promote future Vision 21 programs, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of territory management including scheduling, coordinating, marketing, and delivering all retail training programs within the Northeast region.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Organizational Development
- Experience in designing and facilitating training programs
- PC Literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SIS Knowledge of Eagle Vision)
- Knowledge in training and adult learning principals
- Demonstrated experience in a retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 75% Travel
