Our Regional Account Executives (RAE's) conduct onsite product demonstrations of SMART Board interactive whiteboards, LCD projectors and other classroom technology equipment within K-12 educational institutions. We show teachers how to improve classroom efficiency and gain more "teaching" minutes per class period while delivering more dynamic and exciting lessons. After our school customers receive their purchases, the RAE's provide a professional development session to develop a basic understanding of the hardware and software products received.
SMART Technologies Inc. is the inventor of and the undisputed leader in the interactive whiteboard category, holding a market share of approximatley 65%. The SMART Board is considered to be the premier interactive classroom teaching/training tool in the industry.
We are seeking individuals with an education or sales background to join one of the nation?s fastest growing, interactive-classroom technology providers.
Besides the base salary of $26,000, our Regional Account Executives earn minimum commissions of $10,000 to $30,000 per year.
Six weeks of paid vacation per year is included.

Having been a principal, IT director or teacher at any grade level or in any discipline is a definite plus.

The successful sales candidates will have superior presentation and time-management skills. Moderate technical capabilities are required. A desire to help teachers become better teachers is a must. We will train the sales program and process.
