America?s Premiere Master Agent in the Wireless industry seeks to add talent to the training team with the sole purpose of contributing to our sales success.

 

This is not your typical ?stand and deliver? training position.  The successful person will possess skills that not only deliver dynamic motivating training but also assist in the development, implementation and coordination of training programs.

 

Reinforce key training concepts through store visits, field ride-a-longs and performance coaching.

 

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

 

? Superior presentation and facilitation skills; proven ability to deliver engaging and compelling training in the classroom and during ?on the job? training/coaching.

? Minimum 5 years experience as a trainer in retail and/or supervision in retail management

? 2-3 years retail sales experience

? Excellent organization skills, ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines

? Strong communication skills and ability to develop interpersonal relationships

? Excellent computer skills to include ability to create PowerPoint presentations

? Online training knowledge beneficial

? Bachelor?s Degree preferred

? Excellent Interpersonal skills
