School Campus Director

Prospect Colleges, a growing for-profit career college company is expanding to Long Beach, California and is recruiting an experienced proprietary school professional to open this new campus. We are a fast growing entrepreneurial company with a small corporate office recruiting active management that can think on its feet and make decisions at the local level. If you are a career college professional who wants to run their own show, be part of a thinking, high quality, student and staff focused privately held company, and you know how to grow a quality institution, make a profit, and deliver what you promise to students; then you might be someone we would like to speak to.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a career college campus manager.
No less than 3 years on each of your last three jobs (job hoppers need not apply).
Strong business management, sales and sales management skills.
Strong leadership skills - strong problem solving skills.
Know how to have fun and create a fun environment on campus.

As a campus manager with our company, you will have a lot of latitude at the campus level. You need to know how to make a decision.

Responsibilities:

Day to day campus management
Full P and L Responsibility
Marketing and Admissions
Financial Aid Oversight
Student Retention, Graduation and Placement

This is a startup campus in a great market. You will have lots of resources at your disposal. If you have done this before, you know it is a lot of hard work, but can be a lot of fun.
