School Outreach Advisory Panel (SOAP) Manager
National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Inc.(NCBTMB), is a not for profit association that maintains high standards with a delivery of services through a recognized credentialing program that assures the competency of practitioners of therapeutic massage and bodywork.
NCBTMB is looking to add a newly created position, the School Outreach Advisory Panel (SOAP) Manager in their Oakbrook Terrace, IL national office. The candidate will serve as a liaison between various schools, the Panel, and Board Members and coordinate school initiatives.
The primary duties of the SOAP position will be correspondence between Schools, Panel and Board Members.
? Coordinate and work with staff writers to prepare the School Newsletter.
? Working with the call center staff to ensure that all calls, emails, and letters are being appropriately directed in regards to candidate handbooks and applications, school code issues, newsletter, and other education facility issues.
? Contact schools and organizations regarding presentation programs made by the SOAP.
? Creation of templates, flow charts, graphs, and spreadsheets, applications, and internal documents to support school outreach processes.
? Research locations of conferences, workshops, and other venues where school outreach would benefit.
? Attend and present at venues and conferences speaking about the school outreach projects.
Qualified candidates will have three plus years experience in continuing education and association experience. A BA or BS degree is required. Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills. Possessing a positive ?can-do? attitude. Strong organizational skills are required. The candidate must be able to travel up to 20% of the time.
