Responsibilities:

 Internal/ External Evaluator of educational/ professional development consulting company.Supervise, conduct, and compile all company-wide data collection and reporting.Coordinate and implement all data collection and reporting requirements for supplemental education, professional development and intervention programs operating at several school sites.Design of evaluation and data collection tools.Analysis and synthesis of all data collection for reliability and correlation studies.Collaborate with management and staff, school districts, and research departments.Consult and coordinate with District level Research Directors and Curriculum Directors in designing research questions, writing case studies, and collecting and analyzing data for local reports.Research and review of most up to date data collection and evaluation processes.Preparation of internal and external reports for management team, program coordinators, and other staff.

 

Qualifications:

 Experience in K-12 education qualitative and quantitative research methods.Background in statistical analysis and most current evaluation designs.Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative.Independent and self-starter who can visualize what needs to be done and complete task with little work direction.Makes the extra effort to maintain the highest standards and integrity.Desire to broaden scope of work and learn new disciplines.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Superior writing and editing skills.Superior collaboration skills and an ability to work well with all types of people.Effective interpersonal communication skills.Master?s degree in related field preferred.
