Senior Curricula Developer
This senior level curricula development position will be part of the Corporate Learning and Development group. The curricula developer will assist the Director of Corporate Learning and Development in managing curricula development projects from the initial needs assessment through the remainder of the development process. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced developer to enter a new Learning and Development organization.
Required Knowledge and Skills include:
* Extensive knowledge of and proficiency in instructional design, adult learning approaches, and evaluation methods
* Strong project management skills
* Proficient at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Collaborative approach to working with others
* Creative, flexible, and results oriented
* Strong problem solving skills
* Detail oriented
* Excellent writing and editing skills
* Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Required Education and Experience: Masters degree in Training and Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related degree
* 7+ years of experience in corporate training
