Senior Instructional Designer

Position Description:

Safeco is actively recruiting for a Senior Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Performance Team! You will be responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering Web-based, virtual and physical classroom training courses and providing technical solutions for online content in support of Safeco's learning strategy. Additionally, you'll project manage the development of trainee materials, trainer guides, job aids, role-plays, exercises and other materials and activities designed for learning and development.

To be considered further, candidates will have a degree in a related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience. Advanced degree in Instructional Design or equivalent experience preferred. Previous experience in curriculum, content design and knowledge of documentation and project management, web development tools/software required. The selected candidate will have an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic approach; be a self-starter with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with internal customers; and have strong writing and analytical skills.
