Senior Instructional Designer, Auto Retail Solutions - 1603

J.D. Power and Associates is a global marketing information firm that conducts independent and unbiased surveys of customer satisfaction, product quality and buyer behavior. Today, the firm's services include industry-wide syndicated studies; proprietary (commissioned) tracking studies; media studies; forecasting; and training services, as well as business operations analyses, and consultancies on customer satisfaction trends.

 

We are currently seeking a Senior Instructional Designer, Automotive Retail Solutions, in Westlake Village, CA or Orange, CA.

 

Key Goals of this Position:Manage and conduct needs assessments and gather relevant source materials

Manage, oversee, and design macro program and micro module architectures

Write (and manage the writing of all) course materials

Determine and write evaluation methodologies

Manage, coordinate and conduct train-the-trainer events

Evaluate pilot events and change training materials accordingly



Education/Experience Required: Four-year college degree in English, Library Science, Instructional Design or Training Development, Masters Degree is a plus

Four years related work experienceStrong computer skills with Microsoft office suite, other web-based software is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task
