Senior Instructor

Clearly, we are well positioned for the future. We are currently looking for a qualified Senior Instructor to join our CATS Education team at our Rancho Cordova, CA office.

This position is responsible for delivering training on CA solutions at CA Learning Centers and customer locations. Instructors must be able to ensure successful delivery of CA Education engagements (e.g., high level of customer satisfaction, delivery on schedule, profitability). Facilitate meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction targets by delivering quality training in classroom environments and or through the Web. Tailor customer-specific onsite training engagements. Train and certify other instructors. Maintain a deep knowledge and skill level for a minimum of one focus product within his/her corresponding solution, as determined by the appropriate Education Delivery Manager. Articulate at a high-level the respective Solution's vision, capabilities, business value, and offerings to both internal and external clients and prospects. Act as a CA representative in a customer facing role while encouraging repeat-business with the students in each class.

The ideal candidate should have five or more years consulting, delivery, or similar experience as well as a strong educational delivery aptitude. Prior experience as an instructor or educator is preferred. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and excellent time-management skills. Successful completion of CT900, and instructor certification in one or more CA products/technology preferred. Business travel of approximately 75 percent yearly is expected for this position. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
