Creates university grade content either in-house, via consultants, or 3rd parties (such as MBAA) to transition knowledge on the entire mortgage origination process to our onshore but more specifically our offshore staff. Re-evaluates the training program each year to add process complexity to support more advanced BPO opportunities within the mortgage origination services sector. Evaluates all new client processes, policies, and loan programs and devises a means of managing each client &/or program within the onshore/offshore. Create the 80/20 rule to deal with general program requirements (such as underwriting) plus provide custom client exceptions that can be integrated into Ocwen technology or modify processes to deal with program variations to minimize Ocwen liability. Position is a combination of project focus on developing a university level curriculum plus working with new clients on defining their loan programs and how to deal with client variations within the business model. The position requires this role to be U.S. based due to the level of experience required, which does not exist in India. The position is a Senior Manager level due to the fact that the preferred person will probably have a unique set of operations experience in addition to the ability to develop content
