Senior Technical Writer

Employs appropriate documentation development methodologies to ensure that the information developed is relevant, readily understandable, and easily accessible.

Identifies and documents workflow processes across multiple segments of the customer group in support of the training/quality assurance programs.

Develops complex technical documentation.

May provide documentation training support as needed.

High school diploma or GED and four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be knowledgeable regarding current Operations processes, training and auditing standards and styles as well as new resources for creating documentation and materials.

In-depth knowledge of applicable legislation/regulations and actively maintains compliance

Advanced proficiency with basic MS Office Suite and Documentum software.

Excellent writing skills and ability to document procedures and write reports.

Demonstrated ability to develop and effectively present ideas before various groups.
