Site Directors & Site Assistants & Site Teachers

Qualified candidates must demonstrate knowledge, training and experience to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.  This will include, but not be limited to, experience working within a childcare or education setting, outstanding interpersonal skills, and some financial management skills. 

 

Candidate must meet state requirements for the position.  Site Director and Site Teacher candidates must also have ECE credits or a degree.  One year of child care experience is preferred.

 

Candidate must be capable of bending, crouching or kneeling at children?s level and be able to lift children weighing up to 50 pounds.  Candidate must also be able to reach at and above shoulder height and must be capable of frequent changes of position throughout the work shift.  Candidate may be required to drive van with children.

 

Indoor environment for the position is typical of a childcare/ school setting.  Candidate may be required to be outdoors for short periods of time.
