Software Applications Trainer

We are currently in need of an energetic, self-starter to conduct software product training for our healthcare clients.

 

Responsibilities:Conduct training in our training facilities, at customer sites, or via the Internet. Analyze training needs, develop training objectives, and select appropriate instructional techniques and methodologies for the delivery of training.Assist in developing new product training workbooks and materials and periodically update existing ones.

 

 Job Requirements: A Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Education, Instructional Design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.An affinity for technology.2 ? 4 years+ experience in software training, healthcare experience desirable.2 years+ experience with the application of adult learning methodologies and techniques highly desirable.Experience with web-based training desired.Working knowledge of technical writing for the development of course materials.Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to travel  40/50% of the time.
