Software Trainer

Job Description

As a Software Training Specialist, you will work in our Chester, PA office with our Product Management team to provide our employees and clients with training on Synygy?s software and related processes.

Using your strong analytical abilities, you will become proficient in the use of our software. You will apply your expert communication skills to develop training materials on the use of the software, and to deliver this training to our employees and clients.



Prerequisites

Specific qualifications include:

experience in developing and delivering training on complex automated end-user applications



strong written and verbal communication skills



very strong Microsoft Office skills (mastery of Word necessary; skill with PowerPoint and Excel desirable)



very strong detail orientation and organizational skills



basic knowledge of programming and/or database concepts and SQL a plus



a BA or BS degree
