Responsibilities:


Assists in the development, administration and delivery of training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, on the job training and employee orientations. Coordinates training schedules. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of programs. Assists in developing and administering quality training courses and other non-technical training modules which may include facilitation, coaching, and communication. Handles special projects, as assigned.





Skill Requirements:


Fundamental knowledge of principles, practices and procedures associated with instructional design and delivery. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills.





Education/Experience:


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years training experience required. Workingknowledge of LearnLink helpful. Databaseknowledge (i.e. Access) a must.
