Sr. Technical/ Sales Trainer - Livermore, CA ((#06383)

We are currently seeking a Sr. Technical/ Sales Trainer for our Livermore, CA location.

Rsponsibilities & Requirements:

- Performs the tasks and duties associated with the implementation and training of Activant products and services.
- Delivers classroom and web-based training services; as required.
- Collaborates with individuals within the team as well as outside the team to define current and future training products.
- Collaborates with individuals within the team as well as outside the team to develop training modules for new hire training, as well as on-going, refresher and new product training modules
- Tests and evaluates new education products, services and documentation as needed; reports problems back to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborates with HWHC departments and training coordinators to ensure satisfaction with business goals; promotes all other services as required
