Study For Success Specialist - Sales Training

Edward Jones is seeking a highly confident, motivated associate to fill an open position for a study for success specialist. This training and development position requires serving as a mentor and providing motivational support to newly hired investment representative trainees as they study to obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Responsibilities :
-Provide technical support, encouragement and positive support to trainees to prepare them for the successful completion of the Series 7, 63, 24 securities licenses
-Mentor and manage trainees from hire date through completion of required exams.
-Provide input and feedback to Study for Success team leader and instructional designers regarding curriculum

Requirements:
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Initiative and teaching ability
-Typing
-Spreadsheet
-Service experience is preferred.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
-Some teaching or training experience is helpful.
