TRAINER I or II DOE (JOB #13716)
Salt Lake City, UT

Oversee training development in the following role:
Provide training and orientation to new employees, retrain established employees and provide ongoing training to employees in all operations units as needed to ensure accurate processing of claims, membership, billing and inquiries, consistent application of administrative documentation and efficient system usage

Combine your training experience with the following skills:
Trainer I
2 years of customer service/claims experience or equivalent desired.
Ability to instruct, motivate, and direct individuals at various skill levels over the phone, face to face and in the classroom environment
Demonstrated strong, effective and diplomatic interpersonal skills with employees of all levels
Ability participate effectively as a team player
Demonstrated analytical skills in identifying technical needs and implementing an effective course of action
Proven excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Previous training experience preferred
Trainer II
Above Plus:
Minimum of 1 year working experience as a Trainer or equivalent level courses in training techniques and procedures
Current knowledge of customer service, membership or claims functions
Ability to instruct, motivate, direct individuals at various skill levels over phone, face to face and in the classroom environment
Intricate knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word or similar applications
