Talent Management Specialist

Job Description: Position can be located in Salinas, Minnetonka or Chicago.



II. Principal Accountabilities



SEASONSED (102S)



1. Creation and implementation of core talent management processes, such as but not limited to:



a. 360 assessments, Personal development plan



b. Succession planning



c. Talent profiles and reviews



d. Executive development



e. Competency profiling



2. Create and manage development solutions (Peer mentoring, job rotation, international assignments)



3. Complete trend analysis. Report and provide recommendations for processes improvement. Provide status updates and coaching on progress related to core processes.



4. Ability to partner with business leaders.



5. Provide problem solving and coaching for business partners on talent management processes.



6. Research and benchmark best practices for talent management strategies. Develop proposals with recommendations for implementation on applicable strategies.



7. Define talent management metrics and develop measurement and reporting methods.



8. Ability to link talent management practices with business strategies to improve organizational effectiveness. Ensure linkages across all talent management practices to provide value to business partners.



9. Proven ability to work with highly confidential information.

Job Experience:
III. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
This position requires an individual with:


Five to seven years experience in OD, Learning & Development or HR.


Masters Degree required preferred areas of study HRD, OD, Business, Psychology.


Strong management, problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational and verbal and written communication skills.


Good interpersonal, organizational and verbal and written communication skills.


Strong project management and presentation skills.


Skilled at relationship management.


Data analysis skills.
