A big draw for our students is that our lessons are conducted entirely in English. Consequently, knowledge of Japanese is not a requirement of the position.

Our students, too, are a diverse bunch with doctors, cooks, retired people, university students, and engineers all attending classes to improve their ability to communicate in English. To be eligible for the position and the visa applicants must:

 

n  Possess at least a bachelor?s degree

n  Have attended primary and secondary schools in which the language of instruction was English. It is not sufficient to have only studied English from an early age.

n  Be willing to make at least a one-year commitment

n  Be open to working with students of all ages
