AEON Corporation, a privately owned Japanese company, has over 300 English conversation schools in Japan. AEON employs more than 3,000 people including a select staff of 800 non-Japanese English conversation teachers.

 

AEON teaches over 100,000 both adult and child students throughout Japan. Our schools are located in small, medium and large cities.

 

On a regular basis, we interview all over the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.

 

Job Description:

 

An AEON teacher has a 5 day, 29.5 hour work week with a maximum of 25 teaching hours.

 

AEON offers:

 

? The monthly starting salary is 255,000 Yen/mo. (~$2,200 USD)

? One year contracts with the possibility of renewal and salary increase at the end of one year. Teachers depart monthly on a year- round basis.

? One-week paid training in Japan

? 5 personal days per year

? 3 one week vacations at designated times including all Japanese national holidays

? Private apartment furnished to Japanese standards with subsidized rent (42,000 yen/mo.)

? Sickness and accident insurance provided at no cost to employee

? Return air ticket or cash equivalent provided upon completion of final contract

? Cash Bonus provided upon completion of final contract.

? Knowledge of branch school location prior to signing contract

 

Requirements:

 

? BA/BS degree required in any major-December Grads may apply!

? Fluency in the English language

? Japanese language ability is not required

? Teaching experience is not required
