The successful candidate will be required to thoroughly understand Business Objects products, including features, benefits, and system compatibility. Previous experience in one of the primary Business Intelligence roles we instruct including IT Professional, Business User or Report Designer is a strong plus.

The Instructor will be a point of contact presenting Business Objects products for new and existing customers (travel is required). A critical success measurement is our customer satisfaction. The Instructor will at times create various products related to adult learning, including:
- preparing customized curriculum for onsite training that is compliant with existing global Business Objects curriculum
-attending internal training sessions to gather and share product knowledge with peers
-supporting Technical Education course development projects

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
-Minumum 2 to 5 years of experience in the enterprise software industry as either an Instructor, field based Consultant or Technical Account Manager
-Technical knowledge of Business Objects suite of products and associated courseware
-Experience presenting information and training various audience sizes and types, including training certification classes to expert users
-Experience in consulting or training roles having to work onsite with customers to help them solve business problems and resolve technical issues
-Strong communication skills, both written and oral as well as strong presentation skill
-Technical experience with Crystal Reports and SQL
