Technical Support Engineer/Trainer
FANUC AMERICA Corporation, an international leader in High Tech Factory Automation, is a wholly owned subsidiary of FANUC LTD. We are located in the Chicago suburb of Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
We are adding a Technical Support Engineer/Trainer to our training team to be responsible for developing and delivering technical training to our field service engineers and customers. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Responsibilities Include: Curriculum development including reference materialsConducting technical training including handling all aspects of student registration, invoicing, ordering of materials, and scheduling on-site and off-site facilitiesProviding occasional customer phone supportService/repair/training support at customer sites as neededPeriodic travel is required
