Technical Trainer -- Legal Industry- Kroll Ontrack- Eden Prairie, MN

Kroll Ontrack provides computer software and services to help companies and computer users worldwide manage, recover and discover their valuable data. We are currently hiring a Systems Engineer.


 


The Technical Trainer (internally referred to as Systems Engineer) will work with customers to provide technical support and training for electronic discovery applications. Duties include: supporting customer sites via training, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting; traveling to customer sites and providing pre-sale product demonstration, training and orientation on the use of the applications.


 


Internally the Trainer will work with Information Systems (IS), Production, and Project Management to monitor and support the application; will be responsible for monitoring network setup and usage on a per job basis to insure an optimum customer experience.
























Four-year college or university program certificate; or 3 - 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with the following: SQL Server, Windows NT Networking, T1/T3, and Terminal Server set-up and administration experience. Must have excellent small and large group presentation skills.
