Trainer

The Trainer is responsible for facilitating classroom training to both new and existing associates. Subject matter can include product information and customer service skills. Trainers also assist in the design and development of training materials, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of training materials.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years previous corporate training and design/development experience
Experience in instructional design and development
Project coordination skills
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree preferred

Locations: Norfolk, VA and Chesapeake, VA
