Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
The candidate selected will be tasked to research, plan, develop, write, review and evaluate military literature; conduct analysis of organizational missions and structure to determine the requirements for version of existing, or development of new literature and training; and establish and include criteria for training and equipping the force in support of Army aviation missions.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience plus 4 years related experience in aviation special operations, combat support missions, management of personnel and aircrafts, and technical writing. Candidate selected should possess strong leadership skills.
