If you are a teacher and looking for a change this may be a great opportunity for you!  B & B Manufacturing is in search of an energetic and versatile individual to support this exciting duel role The candidate will be working together with our HR and business teams to identify, strategize and implement training programs including, assessment training for potential employees, training programs for new employees, safety training and coordination efforts and identifying on-going training requirements and solutions for employee development throughout the organization.

 

 

Essential day-to-day administrative duties include (but are not limited to):

 Manage organizational training programs, including:Define training needsDevelopment of training materials and testingCreate company wide training schedule Create evaluations to assess training effectivenessMaintain training records for all employeesEstablish employee capability matrixes for each dept (with leadership)

 Administration of training and monitoring of training activitiesAdminister monthly safety meetings and inspectionsProvide safety orientation/training for all newly hired employees. Conduct accident investigations & update OSHA logsCreate/Update safety manuals and proceduresCoordinate safety inspections with insurance carrier, ensure items discussed are completed in a timely matterPurchase and maintain inventories of all required personnel protective equipment including organizing the purchasing of misc. maintenance supplies

 

Ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) bilingual is a must (English and Spanish) ; and be proficient in MS Office.  Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively are required.
