Trainer, e-Learning
The National Safety Council has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Trainer, e-Learning in the Occupational Safety and Health Department (OSH).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Occupational Safety & Health management to identify topics and to manage production, schedule webinars, audio recordings or broadcasts, and other multi-media programs.
- Manage the delivery of assigned OSH products.
- Design, development, and implement e-Learning training solutions.
- Create or edit multi-media presentation materials.
- Support process improvement projects for webinars, audio recordings and broadcasts, and other multi-media programs or productions.
- Work with subject matter experts to create high quality deliverables based on industry specific needs.
- Coordinate activities for the Council to promote, sell and deliver programs or productions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Five plus years experience developing and delivering multimedia products, technical writing and/or training would be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Master?s degree preferred.
- Superior communication skills (oral and written).
- Excellent analytic skills.
- Experienced and comfortable with technology.
- Masters complex systems quickly and can translate technical information.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multi-task with demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead the efforts of many people toward the successful completion of a project.
- Must be able to travel six or more times a year.
