We are expanding our team of talented and dedicated professionals enhance our capabilities to offer innovative products and exceptional services that surpass the expectations of our clients and business partners.  We currently have the following new positions in our Training Department.

 

Insurance Sales Trainer  to develop and conduct training programs to teach employees to clearly understand and be able to effectively communicate our brand message consistently to clients and prospects (geared towards sales and non-sales employees).To develop and conducts in-depth product and value-added service training for all lines of business, and develop and programs that teach effective communication techniques for CSRs.  The ideal candidate will have 7+ years proven training or mentoring experience in the insurance industry, demonstrated ability to relate to people with a variety of learning styles, strong verbal and written communication skills.



Training Coordinator/Admin Assistant to coordinate logistics of company training programs for new and existing employees. Provide admin support to create course materials, conducting skills assessments, Update Orientation and Development presentation materials, Scheduling in-house and on-site courses as determined by organizational needs,notification of employees of scheduled training sessions,  Maintaining employee course completion logs,  Tuition Reimbursement request processing, and General clerical functions, scheduling, typing, generating reports.The ideal candidate will be proficient in general office software applications; must posess strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented. 3+ years previous administrative experience

 

Technical Trainer  to develop and conduct technical training for new and existing employees on all agency software programs.  Must have proficient knowledge and training ability on Lotus Notes or Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite,Database Management Software Systems (Applied or Sagitta a plus), Desktop faxing.The ideal candidate must posess strong organization and communication skills with 3+ years experience developing training programs and conducting hands-on training.
