Training Delivery Specialist, Microsoft Office Live Meeting

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Training Delivery Specialist delivers training courses to internal Microsoft teams and customers using a variety of modes, primarily online. The trainer will be part of the Engagement and Training Services team, working in support of the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Public and Private Training programs. Primary activities include:
Delivering a diverse course load of interactive training classes to private and public client groups
Proactively identifying opportunities to develop and improve content and delivery process for courses offered
Working collaboratively within and across teams to accomplish business objectives, identifying and developing new opportunities as appropriate
Support of enterprise client engagements managed by the Engagement Services team, particularly with regard to training delivery within those engagements

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
1-2 years work related experience in project management and training, preferably in the high tech industry
Training experience in the high tech industry (virtual training preferred)
A strong working knowledge of personal computer applications and Microsoft products, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Experience with web conferencing preferred

**This is Independent Contractor Position with a 3 month assignment with a possible of a longer term assignment**
