Training Manager

Has an immediate opening for the following position:

 

TRAINING MANAGER

 

Will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for member service staff.  Will also be responsible for departmental orientation for all new hires as well as follow up training focusing on product and service knowledge with all employees on an ongoing basis.

 

Must have the ability to work independently, be creative and enjoy motivating others to achieve their personal best.

Minimum 3-5 years prior training experience necessary.  Financial institution experience preferred but not required. Must have strong computer skills and the ability to interact with all levels of employees.  Must be a self-starter, detail oriented and goal driven.

 

High School diploma or equivalent work experience necessary.  Undergraduate degree preferred. Completion of a formal sales training program preferred.  English/Spanish bi-lingual ability preferred.
