Bentley Systems is looking for a talented Training Operations Manager to run the day to day operations of the Training Department

RESPONSIBILITIES:The Training Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the training department which include:
-Developing and setting regional training schedules
-Managing multiple vendors
-Coordination of internal resources to provide training coverage
-Roll out and implementation of training programs to region
-Overseeing regional training logistics
-Reporting on Bentley Training Metrics metrics including (revenue, profitability, learning units, resource utilization, etc)

 

QUALIFICATIONS:-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Management
-Requires a minimum of six years of business experience, including P&L responsibilities, with at least two years of project management experience. 
-Should be able to manage highly complex projects and processes.
-Experience with SAP and Learning Management Systems a plus.
