Primary responsibilities include:

 
Conducting new hire orientation and training of nursing staff
Following up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness and success of the training program
Strategizing with the leadership team to determine what training topics may be applicable to the group
Handling cross-training of tenured employees to other programs or roles
Preparing monthly meetings for nationwide groups in relation to training



This role requires a Registered Nurse with a current, unrestricted license in TX. Prior presentation experience and a background with training in a healthcare setting are also required. Clinical educator experience or corporate training experience will also be considered. MS Office proficiency is a must. Clinical experience in an acute setting is preferred. Internal experience is desired. A case management background is a plus.
