Training Specialist/Sr. Training Specialist
Responsibilities:
Delivery, design and implementation of Bayer product training programs, specifically for Chemistry and Immunochemistry products, for Customers, Field Service and Sales representatives. Continuously monitor and maintain training programs to assure they are meeting current customer needs. In addition to the training role, this position is responsible for control of the Instrument configuration and maintenance. He/she will work closely with the HQ Service and Support to ensure all systems and programs are current and updated in accordance to the latest documentation.
Skills:
Must be able to demonstrate strong customer relationship skills, flexibility and ability to apply critical thinking in troubleshooting. Strong platform skills and a thorough understandig of the principles of adult, strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to work in a team environmnet.
Education & Typical Experience:
Typical education would be a Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree in Electronic,Electrical Engineering, Background in Medical Technology with 1 - 3 yrs. experience.
Additional Information:
The above requirements are the minimum requirements for a Training Specialist. Based on experience with Bayer products and level of training skills, this position could be a M08, Sr. Training Specialist
