TRAINING/QA MANAGER

 

Walgreens Health Initiatives, has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Training/QA Manager.

Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all training and quality activities for the call center, including supervisor and leadership curriculum development and training, also oversees all training activities of internal users for call center applications.

Responsible for driving the attainment of quality metrics for and will act as primary source of contact to upper management and clients regarding quality/training issues or questions. Responsible for collaborating with call center management, Human Resources, and group managers regarding the development, implementation, and tracking of adherence to quality standards, as well as training needs for employees, job related or otherwise.

 

Qualification:

Minimum three years prior training, teaching, and management experience, preferably in a call center

Bachelor's degree preferred in one of the following areas:

Communications, Personnel Relations, Business Administration, Adult Education, Instructional DesignStrong people management skillsGood organizer and good public speaker at ease moderating large groupsExcellent written and oral communication skills, public speaking skills, strong interpersonal skills.
