This is an instructor position that will support both the Member Service Center and District Office Operations.? Responsibilities include delivering training in Membership, Travel and Automotive?both technology and soft skills including New Employee Orientation and Customer Service/Member Relationship Management classes.? Develop or update existing class materials using Word, Power Point and other technology or training tools.

?

Must be proficient in designing and developing subject matter materials from the conceptual stage to implementation using Word, Excel and Power Point applications.? College degree desirable.? Must be available for?out of state travel.? Use of personal vehicle and good driving record required. This position requires a flexible, creative team player.?
