Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualifications

BA from accredited four-year college or university, or related experience
Minimum 3-5 years instructional design experience, with emphasis in developing web-based instructor-led and self-study training.
Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Proficient computer skills in the latest Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat.
Proficient in Flash, HTML, ASP, RoboHelp, RoboDemo/Captivate.
Solid eLearning instructional design knowledge.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment or independently.
Ability to manage multiple duties and projects.
BA in Instructional Design or related degree preferred.
Experience in system administration and LMS management preferred.
Graphics design experience beyond Flash, HTML, ASP, RoboHelp, and RoboDemo/Captivate preferred.
Experience in the electronics payment or banking industry preferred.

Responsibilities

The eLearning Instructional Designer will be responsible for the design, creation and management of multimedia training material, as well as basic administration of eLearning systems.  Master content development for Macromedia Breeze web communications/training tool. Provide basic maintenance and management of the Breeze training tool. Produce graphics and design layouts for eLearning training content and intranet portal. Work closely with trainers, instructional designers, graphic designers and subject matter experts to develop live and recorded learning modules. Work closely with LMS system administrators to manage LMS system to meet company needs. Develop Flash and HTML-based training content. Learn new tools that enhance the ability to create new dynamic training materials. Create and distribute eLearning training information. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Exchange information and ideas using clear oral communication and acute listening skills. Actively seek clarification as required. Regularly contribute to the development of best practices within the Instructional Design team. Define and follow team standards, procedures and processes. Provide status reports to manager by required deadlines.
