eLearning Instructional Designer - MNST 76227

Duties:
? Develop coursework for web-based eLearning and classroom training applications for Staffing and Engineering divisions.
? Develop marketing programs from concept to product delivery
? Create graphics-intensive PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
? Support the Corporate Resource Center staff with some administrative duties. 
? Administer training on an as-needed basis.

Skills/Capabilities:
? Able to multitask and prioritize against significant time constraints.
? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
? Technical Writing Skills
? Able to work effectively under time constraints and in a team-based environment.
? Must have specific experience with eLearning development tools and classroom training.
? Have proficient computer skills and an interest in expanding knowledge in this area.  MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required.  ? Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop experience desired.
? Recruiting and Staffing Industry Experience a real plus
? Knowledge of sales/marketing a plus

Education:
? Degree in Communications preferred or at least three years of demonstrated experience in related fields.
